We monitor the progress of flights and in the event of flight delays will adjust our meet and greet schedule accordingly.
Should this happen, we will follow protocol with the individual airline and ensure your child has all the essentials required until the baggage is returned to them. We always recommend packing medication, chargers and a change of clothes in hand luggage.

Yes, think of us as your child’s personal support team. At the end of the academic year, we can take care of everything including transport to the airport.
Yes we can. All we would need is the flight details and we can arrange this.
Yes. Our support is available before your child arrives in the UK and can include buying items on their behalf so that they can use their baggage allowance for more personal items. Ask us on email for more information and prices.
Yes. At the end of the academic year, we can take care of everything including the packing and donation of unwanted items.
Yes, absolutely. We are available throughout your child’s stay in the UK. Please email us for specific requests and prices.
A representative from Kingsland Place will meet each student at the airport and take them to their accommodation.
We recommend that you contact the university directly if you have any concerns. However, we are available to liaise with the university on their behalf during their stay in the UK.
Examples of additional charges include purchases made on your behalf such as train tickets, homewares and travel time. Please note, an administration charge will also be payable for non-members.
